The next step in the setup of the Zen Global System is to configure the Zen Global Portal for the company. Start by creating a shortcut to the Portal using the Company URL provided on the Pre-Registration Form. Log into the Portal using the Username: HLTech and Password: XXXXXX.

Start by checking all of the Company and Site details. Ensure that the Default Menu is set to Loyalty (this is done in the Menus>Sites>Company>Edit Details>Defaults screen) and complete all of the Site Details screens as per the Pre-Registration Form (each of the Menus>Sites>Sites>Sites Details screens for a selected site).

The next step is to add Users to the Portal and assign each User an appropriate security level. This is done in the Menus>Users>Portal User screen. Enter details for the Company and Site Administrators.

Employee records are then added to the Portal in the Menus>Users>Employees>Employee Report>Create New Employee screen. Add the information of each Sysnet User to the report.

Enable locations for the site to be entered in the Portal by navigating to the Menus>Sites>Sites>Sites Details>Control screen. This step creates a new tab in the Sites Details screen - Locations. Enter the details of each location in the Locations screen. The location number should match the Location table in the Sysnet database.

In the Zen Global Portal, stations are known as Terminals. Add terminals to each location to match the stations in the Sysnet database. Again, ensure that the Terminal # and Station ID's match.

Sysnet Revenue Groups are called Departments in the Zen Global Portal. Use the Menus>Inventory>Department>Maintenance>Edit/View screen to 'Create New Departments' and add the Sysnet Revenue Groups to the Portal. Once again the data should match.

Club discounting is done by card types in the Zen Global Portal. In the Points Maintenance>Card Defaults screen select New and enter the Card Type (club number from Sysnet database) and the Description (club name from Sysnet database).

Add Customer Defined Fields and Default Website.

Finally, start the GMS Service.
